This programme teaches you how you to design your workstyle ('set'), have conversations with your line manager about workstyle ('project'), and learn to set clear boundaries and uphold them ('respect’) in order to successfully fit your work around your life rather than the other way round.
A free copy of the book ‘Workstyle: a revolution for wellbeing, productivity and society’ by Lizzie Penny and Alex Hirst will be provided to accompany this training. -
This programme gives you the skills to lead people working in a workstyle way. You will learn how to set clear accountabilities and be output-led in the way you brief and appraise work ('support'). You will gain the skills to trust your workstyler to deliver ('empower') and help them to access and uphold their workstyle ('enable’) in order to successfully fit their work around their life rather than the other way round.

This training incorporates Workstyle Worker and Workstyle Leader training for a team of up to 10 people. It also includes 3 months of ongoing support from Alex, Lizzie and the Workstyle Revolution community to help you successfully adopt the principles of workstyle.

This one-to-one coaching provides ongoing support to a workstyler or workstyle leader on the journey through working in a workstyle way. It teaches a deeper understanding of workstyle principles and practical support in troubleshooting along the way.
