The disruption caused by the pandemic required many people to change their working patterns. And research looking at how this affected individuals and businesses came up with a few surprising (to some) results.

It’s a handy resource to use with your boss or HR or anyone that could benefit from understanding more about the reasons to change to workstyle – and includes a number of companies that have done just that.
