My Workstyle,
My Way
Every workstyle looks different, and that's the point: to design a workstyle that’s uniquely yours and gets you back to life.
We’re painting a picture of what workstyle means to everyone, which is why we've created these templates for you to print off and get creative with. Help us to visualise the workstyle way by expressing your inner revolutionary and sharing your creation with us on social media using the hashtag #workstylerevolution.
Get more people thinking and talking about when, where and how they work. Kickstart the revolution by imagining your workstyle any way you want. You don't have to keep between the lines; there are no rules. It's your workstyle, your way.

Co-founder Alex shows us his creation….
”My workstyle enables me to be a positive centre of gravity, which has a symbol that I have incorporated into this design. The dots represent my shallow, evening work and how I like to connect dots to make decisions (black stripes). The pink curves represent the midday work I do as a communicator and the diamond in the centre represents the deep work I do in the mornings.”
I'm no creative so I found it easier to express myself with words than drawing. The variety of colours represents my diverse life, which I'm really grateful for, and the colour bursts are bursts of energy. For me, energy is what binds everything in my workstyle together - I get my energy from all of these things (yes, folding the laundry included!) and it's having them all in the perfect workstyle combination that makes me feel energetic, and happy and fulfilled.
A split world for me - being a Creative and being a Mumma - I’ve blurred the workstyle / Hoxby icon to show how both actually merge a little - but in a good way. My creativity definitely goes through to my mum life also in all sorts of ways. My workstyle changes along with big changes that happen in my children's lives which enables me to be a present mother as well as nurturing my career.
